The Good Gut Loaf - Sweet Potato & Chilli

This is just like our original Good Gut Loaf, yet it offers the added earthiness and sweetness of potassium rich potatoes and the mild heat of our homemade dried chilli flakes. A bit more on the savoury side, it pairs perfectly with toppings ranging from avo to our Better Beans.
Our Good Gut Loaf gives the body, especially the gut, what it needs to build its own "good gut bacteria," which keeps your whole body functioning to its most mighty potential.

INGREDIENTS: Semi sprouted white quinoa, besan (chickpea) flour, arrowroot flour, rice flour, extra virgin olive oil, sweet potato, pepitas, sunflower seeds, flax meal, malt syrup, dried chilli flakes, sea salt.
STORAGE: Keep refrigerated below 5 degrees celsius for up to 10 days after opening.
USE: For best results, toast well until golden (we do ours three times!), and leave to cool in the toaster for 30 seconds to firm slightly before removing. Slice before freezing. Can be enjoyed raw and or toasted with your favourite yummy toppings.
