INGREDIENTS: Onions, garlic, smoked paprika, chilli, cumin, rosemary, parsley, butter beans, tomatoes, pumpkin, maple syrup, mustard seeds, apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, no pepper! Oh my god I forgot the pepper… Ok you need to add some fresh ground pepper when you pile it on to your toasted Good Gut Loaf.USE: Heat the beans in a heavy based saucepan over a medium heat for about 10 minutes (depending on how much you have - each Better Beans jar contains 4 serves) until simmering nicely.
