BETTER BEANS INGREDIENTS: Onions, garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin, rosemary, parsley, butter beans, tomato's, capsicums, maple syrup, mustard seeds, apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, no pepper! Oh my god I forgot the pepper...ok you need to add some fresh ground pepper..when you pile it on to your toasted GGL.x
USE: Heat in a heavy based saucepan over a medium heat for about 10 minutes (depending on how much you have) until simmering nicely.
STORAGE: Keep refrigerated, check use by date on your jar.
GGL INGREDIENTS: SPROUTED WHITE QUINOA, BESAN (CHICKPEA) FLOUR, ARROWROOT FLOUR, RICE FLOUR, EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, PEPITAS, SUNFLOWER SEEDS, FLAX MEAL, MALT SYRUP, SEA SALT
STORAGE: Keep refrigerated below 5 degrees celsius for up to 10 days after opening For best results toast well until golden, (we do ours three times!) leave too cool in the toaster for 30 seconds too firm slightly before removing. Slice before freezing. Can be enjoyed raw and or toasted with your favourite yummy toppings.
COOKIE DOUGH INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat the oven to 160 degrees C. Roll Cookies into 60g balls, press lightly onto a lined baking tray, top with extra chopped chocolate provided, bake for 25 - 30 minutes, enjoy warm or cool for up to 5 days.
