Refund policy

Honesty is the best policy, so that's ours. 

In the worst case scenario that there is an issue with any of our goods upon delivery, we request that you contact us straight away to alert us of the problem and we will do our very best to fix up the issue! Please take careful note of the labels and follow our storage instructions. If the storage instructions are not followed we will struggle to reimburse you for your less than perfect product, but if in the instance the product is less than perfect on delivery we will happily sort out a replacement product to ensure you are getting all the health you so desire!
