Our wonderful Country White Bread is our gluten free take on the classic, homely white farmhouse loaf that exudes comforting feelings of the home kitchen. We have prioritised nutritional richness, flavour and texture with some of Australia's best whole-foods. We have used absolutely no gums, preservatives or seed oils.

INGREDIENTS

Water, potato flour, buckwheat flour, sorghum flour, sunflower seeds, psyllium husk, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, flax (linseed) meal, blackstrap molasses, salt (un iodised), yeast.

STORAGE

Store in a cool dry place for up to three days. Freezer friendly for up to 3 months, slice before freezing.

USE

Slice and toast lightly, or slice and use as normal bread for sandwiches etc.
